Mustard Coated Chicken Recipe
8 serving pieces chicken
2 tablespoons bread crumbs
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste
Mix together bread crumbs, mustard, vegetable oil, broth, and salt and pepper. Coat chicken in mixture and place in well-greased baking dish. Cook in preheated 350°F. oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
