Foil-Baked Barbeque Chicken Recipe
1 3-pound chicken, cut into 8 serving pieces
2/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup wine vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sliced onions
Combine all ingredients except onions and chicken and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Line a shallow baking dish with buttered foil and arrange chicken and onions on foil. Pour sauce over chicken then cover with another large sheet of foil. Bake in preheated 375°F. oven for 40 minutes. Remove top sheet of foil and bake 10 minutes more.
