1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. sage
1 bay leaf, crushed
4 lge. potatoes, thinly sliced
4 sm. onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. paprika
2 1/4 c. tomatoes
1/4 c. butter or margarine

Brown hamburger over low heat; season with sage and bay leaf. Arrange potatoes, onions and browned meat in layers in medium casserole. Mix all remaining ingredients; pour over layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Yield: 4 servings.
