Lima Bean And Beef Casserole Recipe


2 or 3 slices bread, crumbled
1/4 c. milk
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Garlic to taste
1 pkg. frozen lima beans, cooked and seasoned
1 c. sour cream

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Combine meat, salt, pepper, egg and garlic; mix thoroughly with bread mixture. Form into balls; brown. Place in casserole; add beans. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with sour cream; continue baking for 10 minutes longer. Yield: 4 servings.
