Ground Beef Sour Cream Casserole Recipe
1 lb. ground beef
Salt and garlic
salt to taste
1 tsp. sugar
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 5-oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked and drained
Parmesan cheese
Brown beef. Add salt, sugar and garlic salt while browning. Add tomato sauce; simmer for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream and cream cheese; set aside. Alternate layers of noodles and ground beef mixture in a casserole. Cover with sour cream mixture. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
