Enchilada Casserole Recipe


1 med. onion
1 lb. ground round steak
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can chili with beans
1 pkg. corn chips
Grated cheese

Saute onion and meat; season with salt and pepper. Add chili to meat mixture and heat. Arrange a layer of corn chips, a layer of meat-chili mixture and a layer of grated cheese in buttered baking dish. Repeat layers and top with corn chips. Heat at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
