8 eggs, large
about 1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste
Scramble the eggs according to your favorite method. The amounts given above serve 4 in my family, and are arrived at by substituting sour cream for the same amount of sweet cream or milk.
