Quick Chocolate Frosting Recipe
1 square (l oz) unsweetened chocolate
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup powdered sugar
Heat chocolate, butter, and milk in a saucepan until chocolate and butter are melted. Add powdered sugar; beat with plate scraper or spoon until blended. Spread on cake. Yield: Frosting for 8x8-, 9x9-, or 9x13-inch cake.
