Pineapple Marshmallow Parfait Recipe


1 can (1 1b, 4 1/2 ozs) crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups miniature (or cut-up) marshmallows
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Maraschino cherries

Combine pineapple (undrained) and marshmallows; let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours or overnight. Combine with whipped cream and nuts. Serve in tall parfait glasses or in a 1 1/2-quart berry bowl. Garnish with maraschino cherries. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
