Salad Sour Cream Toss Recipe


2 quarts torn salad greens (romaine, bibb, or leaf lettuce, raw spinach)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 clove garlic, crushed (or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup mayonnaise

Place the washed, crisp greens in a salad bowl. Combine sour cream, curry powder, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, and mayonnaise; pour over greens and toss gently. Serve at once. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
