1 package (1 lb) angel food cake mix
4 tbs instant cocoa mix

Prepare angel food batter according to directions on package. Pour about a third of the batter into a 10-inch tube pan. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons l cocoa mix. Add another third of batter and sprinkle with remaining cocoa mix; top with remaining batter and bake as directed on package. Invert to cool. Yield: 12 to 16 servings.
