1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sliced green onions
Blend all ingredients. Chill in refrigerator. Serve over mixed vegetables or wedges of crisp lettuce. Yield: I Y4 cups.
